  • Gorilla Permits: Limited daily permits—book 3-6 months in advance
  • Fitness Level: Gorilla trekking can be strenuous (2-8 hours hiking)
  • Age Limit: Minimum age for gorilla trekking is 15 years
  • Health: Yellow fever vaccination required. Malaria prophylaxis recommended
